LovableEnglish does not require an account to use. If you choose to sign in, we receive only basic profile information needed to identify your account. We never access your password or collect your email for marketing purposes.
Speech practice features process your voice directly on your device. Your audio recordings are not sent to any external server. Audio is used only for real-time feedback and is not stored after your session.
Your learning progress -- including scores, streaks, lesson completions, and game results -- is stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is under your full control.
If you choose to sign in, your progress may be backed up to our server so you can restore it on a new device. This backup does not include any personal information such as your name or email.
We collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve the app and fix issues. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. No personal information is included in these reports.
LovableEnglish displays advertisements to support the app. Ad providers may collect general device information to serve relevant ads. You may watch optional rewarded ads to earn in-app coins.
We use trusted third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and optional sign-in. Each service is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
LovableEnglish is designed for learners of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All learning progress is stored on your device and is never shared unless you choose to create an account and sign in.
You can delete all your local data at any time from Settings. If you have backed up data, you can request its deletion by contacting us through the Send Feedback option in the app.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date below.
