By using LovableEnglish, you agree to these Terms of Use. We encourage you to read them carefully so you know what to expect from us and what we ask of you.
We grant you a personal license to use LovableEnglish for English learning purposes. We kindly ask that you do not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.
LovableEnglish includes AI-powered features such as speech recognition, pronunciation scoring, and AI coaching. All AI processing occurs entirely on your device. No speech, audio, text, or personal data is transmitted to any third-party AI service. The app does not use any cloud-based or external AI services to process your data. All AI models are bundled within the app and run locally on your device.
LovableEnglish displays advertisements to help keep the app running. You can also earn in-app coins by watching optional rewarded ads. We appreciate your understanding and support.
We ask that you use the app for its intended purpose of English language learning, and that you refrain from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or using the app in ways that could affect its functionality for others.
All content, designs, and materials in LovableEnglish are created by our team and remain our intellectual property. If you'd like to use any of our content, please reach out to us first — we'd love to hear from you.
We work hard to make LovableEnglish the best it can be, but we can't promise it will always be perfect. The app is provided as-is, and we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or that specific learning outcomes will be achieved.
While we do our best to provide a great experience, we are not responsible for any indirect or unexpected issues that may arise from using the app. We always welcome your feedback so we can keep improving.
In rare circumstances, we may need to suspend or discontinue access to the app. If that ever happens, any active subscriptions can still be managed through Apple.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below so you can see when changes were last made. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
